West Chester, OH—Nov. 14, 2012—For most of us, sleeping is a restful time of relaxation and rejuvenation. But for those who suffer with a sleep disorder, bedtime can become a stressful, taxing time that can result in exhaustion and loss of quality of life.
On Saturday, December 1, West Chester Hospital will offer a free community seminar focused on sleep disorders, their diagnosis and treatment options. A physician who specializes in sleep medicine will present topics focused on common sleep disorders, including insomnia, sleep apnea, snoring, narcolepsy and restless leg syndrome. Additional topics presented by a primary care physician will underscore the importance of sleep to one’s overall health, how you can ensure a good night’s sleep, and why you should talk with your primary care doctor if you suspect you may have a sleep disorder.
WHEN: Saturday, December 1, 2012, 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
