On Jan. 31, 2020, the first episode of Season 4, “When Tragedy Strikes: How UC Health Prepares for the Worst,” was presented at the Health Collaborative’s annual media summit. In November 2020, the series won a Blacksmith Award for Content Marketing from the Cincinnati Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
