Resolving Concerns About Your Care

If you have a complaint or concern about your care, please let us know as soon as possible. Our staff should always listen, respond and conduct themselves respectfully, in keeping with our values.

  1. Step 1: Start with the person involved. If you are not comfortable speaking with that person, or if the issue is unresolved after speaking with that person, go to Step 2.
  2. Step 2: Speak with the person’s supervisor, the clinical coordinator or nurse manager on the unit. If he or she is unable to address a concern to your satisfaction, go to Step 3.
  3. Step 3: Speak with the clinical manager of the unit. If an issue is not satisfactorily addressed on the unit or within the department, go to Step 4.
  4. Step 4: If your attempts to resolve a concern on the unit have been unsuccessful, speak to Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care’s patient advocate. To contact the patient advocate call (513) 418-5919.
