Fast and easy access to your medical imaging and reports with PocketHealth

UC Health patients can now access their imaging records effortlessly with PocketHealth, a secure, user-friendly platform integrated into their My UC Health account. This tool empowers patients to view, share, and manage their imaging records anytime, anywhere, putting their health information at their fingertips.

How does PocketHealth benefit you?

  • Better understand your results with interactive features
  • Easily share your records with your doctor
  • Securely store and download your records

To access your records with PocketHealth:

  • Visit or call UC Health at 513-475-8000 to receive your MRN
  • Log into your My UC Health account and go to Test Results
  •  Click on the PocketHealth link
  • Once your records are ready to view, you’ll receive an email from PocketHealth
