The UC Neurobiology Research Center highlights the importance of discovery to the University of Cincinnati Gardner Neuroscience Institute’s mission of education, research and treatment and it serves as a driving force for the integration of clinical and basic science research programs. We aim to promote and foster collaborative research, identify advanced treatments and cures and award grants to further developing research.

Improving Cancer Outcomes
Cincinnati’s hub for The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), a collaboration between the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) that created a genomic data analysis pipeline for 33 types of cancer.
