Presented by UC Health Integrative Medicine, this class is open to all members of our community – patients, family, and staff. During this two hour workshop, participants can expect to:
- Develop breath awareness and regain quality of breath.
- Establish healthy breathing patterns.
- Use breathing for relaxation and stress release.
- Enhance posture.
- Quiet the mind.
This course is taught by Tina Walter, RYT 300.
