8-week session

Mondays 1 p.m. – beginning May 4

Wednesdays 11 a.m. – beginning May 6


$50/once a week for 8 weeks

$78/twice a week for 8 weeks


Staying active and maintaining a regular exercise program throughout the disease process has been shown to be extremely beneficial for people with Parkinson’s disease. This exercise class is specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s disease based on the most current research and established exercise guidelines for people with this condition. It includes: stretching, strengthening, and coordination exercises and is appropriate for people at various stages of Parkinson’s disease. If you have balance issues and regularly use an assistive device, bring it with you to class as well as a caregiver to assist you further if needed.
