The goal of UC Health Integrative Medicine is to help the whole person achieve overall wellness. The goal of Pilates is to restore muscle strength and length, correct faulty movement patterns, and to improve core control and body awareness.

The exercises are adaptable to all levels of fitness and can be applied to multiple diagnoses. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

Pilates Therapy Classes are held weekly on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Classes are located in the UC Health Physicians Office South, 4th Floor. Your instructor is Carly Hueber, a certified pilates instructor.

Our classes are by appointment only. Please contact us at (513) 475-9567 to schedule.
