Yoga for MS? Yes, give it a try!
Restorative Yoga is a series of gentle poses and breathing techniques to focus the mind on the body that are individualized, non-competitive and adaptable. This class will emphasize alignment, which benefits posture and balance. Yoga helps release tension so the body feels more energized while teaching relaxation techniques to reduce stress.
Who: This class is open to anyone with MS.
When: Fridays, 11 a.m. – Noon. through September 11
