The 42 acre campus provides more than long-term acute care and skilled nursing care for those individuals who need longer recovery or wound care. The campus also includes transitional suites for patients to practice living skills, a warm water aquatic center for physical therapy and wellness, an outpatient gym for occupational and physical therapy as well as wellness classes, a therapeutic courtyard to allow patients to develop skills in a serene open-air setting.<\/p>\n<p>Your investment in Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care supports these services that make life-changing differences in our patients\u2019 lives.
