Free Cancer Seminar Offered at West Chester Hospital September 13

West Chester Hospital has partnered with Cancer Support Community of Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky to provide support, education and information to those who are battling cancer, to cancer survivors, and to members of the local community who have been touched by cancer.

The two non-profit organizations are offering a free monthly educational series this fall that features informal presentations by other health care professionals from Cancer Support Community and West Chester Hospital in a casual and relaxed environment. Presenters speak about a variety of pertinent cancer-related topics.

“Taking Control: Conquering Cancer From Within” will be presented free to the public on Saturday, September 13. The presentation will provide valuable information about how to naturally boost the immune system by reducing stress and increasing positive emotions. This discussion will provide helpful ways to manage tension and fatigue and improve overall wellness during the cancer journey. A brief question-and-answer session will be held and information about West Chester Hospital and Cancer Support Community will be shared.
