Free Healthy Aging Seminars Offered at West Chester Hospital on Dec. 3 & 6

What can older adults do to ensure healthy living during the senior “golden” years? West Chester Hospital is offering free health education seminars to help adults live healthier, more active lives every day.

Two free seminars will feature physician specialists and clinicians who will discuss how aging impacts our bodies as well as the most common health issues people encounter as they age.

A variety of questions will be addressed, including: What are the most profound physiological changes that occur as we age? How does aging affect hearing and vision and what can be done to preserve these senses? How do family history and lifestyle play a role in our overall health and wellness? What are the signs and symptoms of memory disorders? What proactive steps can one take to ensure good health as we age?

WHAT: FREE Healthy Aging Seminars
WHEN: Wednesday, Dec. 3, 7- 9 p.m. The seminar will be repeated on Saturday, Dec. 6, 9-11 a.m.
