Free Male Urological Disorders Seminars Offered September 24 & 27

While urological disorders aren’t typically the most popular topics with men, a variety of conditions can impact the kidney, bladder and prostate health for many males as they age. Common disorders include enlarged prostate, urinary incontinence, kidney stones and overactive bladder.

To encourage males to be proactive about their health, West Chester Hospital will present two free seminars this month featuring urologic physician specialists who will discuss diagnosis and treatment of the most common male urologic disorders.

The following questions will be explored:
• How common are kidney, bladder and prostate disorders?
• How are urologic conditions diagnosed?
• What are the various treatment options offered, both surgical and non-surgical?
• What is the recommended age that a man should begin screening tests?
• Does diabetes affect bladder control?
• What can men do to improve their urologic health?

WHEN: Wednesday, September 24, 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The seminar will be repeated on Saturday, September 27, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
WHERE: West Chester Hospital, Plaza Conference Room (Level A), 7700 University Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069

Space is limited for this free event. Seats can be reserved by visiting UCHealth.com/wchevents/ or by calling (513) 298-3000. Light refreshments will be available.
