Free Sleep Disorders Seminars Offered at West Chester Hospital on August 23 & 27

For most of us, sleeping is a restful time of relaxation and rejuvenation. But for those who suffer with a sleep disorder, bedtime can become a stressful, taxing time that can result in exhaustion and loss of quality of life.

To help people better understand the importance of sleep to their overall health, West Chester Hospital will offer free community seminars focused on sleep disorders, their diagnosis and treatment options. A sleep medicine physician specialist will share important information about common sleep disorders, including insomnia, sleep apnea, snoring and restless leg syndrome. Additional topics to be presented will underscore the importance of sleep to one’s overall health, how to ensure a good night’s sleep, and why you should follow up with your doctor if you suspect you may have a sleep disorder.

WHEN: Saturday, August 23, 9 to 10:30 a.m. The seminar will be repeated on Wednesday, August 27, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
WHERE: West Chester Hospital, Plaza Conference Room (Level A), 7700 University Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069

Space is limited for this free event. Seats can be reserved by visiting UCHealth.com/WestChesterHospital or by calling (513) 298-3000. Light refreshments will be available.
