As vice president and chief administrative officer for ambulatory services at UC Health, Dusso will be responsible for all ambulatory operations across the UC Health system, including more than 100 physician offices in 58 locations.

Dusso joins UC Health from Bon Secours St. Francis Health System in South Carolina where, since 2016, she has served as chief operating officer of the Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Group. In this role, she has been responsible for the strategic, operational and financial management of 64 outpatient practices in 73 locations.
Prior to her role with Bon Secours, Dusso served as director of ambulatory services and department administrator for the internal medicine department at UK Healthcare, the University of Kentucky’s affiliated health system. Her healthcare career began at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where—over the course of 25 years—she held many operations leadership roles across a number of service areas.
Dusso is trained in Lean management, holds a master’s of business administration from Augsburg College in Minneapolis and a bachelor’s in information technology management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. She serves on the board of the Urban League for the Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina, and is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

Dusso fills the vice president role previously held by Ted Brandt, who left UC Health in August to return to Missouri. In the search to fill this position, the role was expanded to include the title of chief administrative officer, which better aligns the inpatient and ambulatory leadership positions across UC Health.
