This study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of once-daily tacrolimus in combination with induction medicine (rabbit antithymocyte globulin), in combination with standard immunosuppression regimens (mycophenolate and steroid withdrawal).

Criteria:

Adults Receiving A Living Or Deceased Donor (Certain Exceptions Apply) Kidney Transplant May Be Eligible To Participate.
