West Chester resident Beth Sininger says Dec. 14, 2010, was the worst day of her life. At age 52, she received the shocking news that her lingering stomach pain was actually stage 3 pancreatic cancer.<\/p>\n

“I thought maybe I had a bad case of acid reflux. Never in my wildest dreams did I think my diagnosis would be pancreatic cancer,\u201d she recalls. “All I could think was: \u2018I am going to die. I can\u2019t leave my husband and family so soon.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
