Peri/Post Menopause

Manage symptoms

No two women experience menopause the same way. For some, an occasional hot flash is the worst symptom, while others may experience an extensive list of symptoms, including mood swings, memory loss, weight gain and sleep disturbances. Some women may find their menopause symptoms to be quite manageable, while others may feel like their symptoms have turned their entire life upside down. The point is that it doesn’t matter if you have one troubling symptom or many, safe and effective help is available.

Our approach

Our goal is to collaborate with your primary care physician to help you manage menopause symptoms. We provide safe and scientifically based alternatives to menopause management by using only evidence-based, FDA-approved bioidentical hormones. This approach is in direct contrast to the highly advertised anti-aging clinics that use compounded systemic hormones and injectable pellets, which have not been proven safe or effective for symptoms of aging.

Conditions we treat

  • Dry skin
  • Hair loss
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Hot flashes/night sweats
  • Loss of libido
  • Mood swings
  • Sleep issues
  • Weight gain

Services we offer

Menopause consultation provides personalized, evidence-based medical guidance on the best course of treatment and ongoing management. We work in collaboration with each patient’s own primary care physician to help manage menopause symptoms. Each patient receives:

  • Comprehensive personal health assessment (including personal and family histories) and physical exam
  • Evidence-based treatment recommendations
  • A personalized menopause management plan, reflecting individual health assessment and treatment goals
  • A written report summarizing all results, along with provision of educational material
