Winter Storm Alert: Important Information for Patients

Due to severe weather, UC Health will have schedule and appointment updates for Monday, January 26.

Impacted patients will be contacted regarding their updated appointment dates and times.

Emergency services at UC Medical Center and West Chester Hospital will remain open.
 

Key Updates

 

Surgeries and Procedures

  • All surgeries and procedures scheduled for Monday, January 26 are delayed until 9:30 a.m. Our team is contacting impacted patients directly to confirm changes or provide alternative options.
     

Clinics and Infusion

  • Clinic appointments scheduled before 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 26 will switch to telehealth where appropriate for patients.

  • Clinics are scheduled to resume normal operations between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. This will vary by clinic.

  • All Sunday infusion appointments were moved to Saturday, January 24 or Monday, January 26. Monday, January 26 infusion apointments will not start before 10:00 a.m.
     

Diagnostics

  • All diagnostic appointments scheduled for Monday, January 26 are delayed until 10:00 a.m.

 

What You Need to Do

Check Your Appointment Status: If you have an appointment scheduled for Monday, January 26 and have not been contacted yet, please call the office or use our online portal to check your appointment status.
 

Plan Ahead for Travel

If you must travel, allow extra time and exercise extreme caution on the roads. For up-to-date weather and travel advisories, visit the National Weather Service.
