Arunab Mehta, MD, is an experienced hospitalist in the department of internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
With his experience in both medicine and education, Dr. Mehta likes to spend as much time as he can educating his patients about their health conditions and strives to give them world-class care. His care philosophy is grounded in honest communication with his patients. He listens to and partners with each person on their way to good health.
Professionally, Dr. Mehta is a member of the American College of Physicians, the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American Medical Association. He has been President of the Society of Hospital Medicine Northern Ohio/Lake Erie Chapter.
He believes that science has enabled us to conquer multiple diseases in the last century. The advent of antibiotics, procedures and other groundbreaking treatments prove to him that In Science Lives Hope.
Outside of healthcare, Dr. Mehta loves to play tennis, is an avid novel reader and loves to travel to explore new places and cultures. He is also fluent in Hindi.
