Adam Myer, MD, is a gastroenterologist and transplant hepatologist committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based care for patients with liver and digestive diseases. Dr. Myer’s journey in medicine began at the State University of New York at Oneonta, where he graduated magna cum laude in biology with a minor in biochemistry. He went on to earn his medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, where he received a distinction in population health. He completed his internal medicine residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he also contributed to hospital quality improvement initiatives. Dr. Myer specialized in both gastroenterology and transplant hepatology fellowships at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

With a special interest in all aspects of liver disease, Dr. Myer provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment within hepatology, digestive diseases, and liver transplantation. He performs upper endoscopy and colonoscopy for a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver-related conditions. He is board-certified in internal medicine and board-eligible in both gastroenterology and transplant hepatology. His professional affiliations include the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
Dr. Myer frequently collaborates with internal medicine physicians, gastroenterologists, and the Department of Surgery’s transplant and hepatobiliary teams to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care for his patients. He welcomes new patients and values the trusted relationships built through referral partnerships.
