Favorite part of the job: I love the team based environment where I work! I am very much integrated into the “every day” of the ICU because my office in inside the ICU, so I spend a lot of time with the nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and of course the patients. I also really enjoy teaching and getting to see students and residents make connections regarding advanced topics as they progress through their experiences.
Hobbies: Working out, playing and watching pretty much any kind of sport, reading (non-work related material), camping, hiking, involvement in my church, coaching (Girls on the Run—a health based program for elementary school girls in grades 3-5)
