Favorite Part of the Job: My favorite part of the job is working as part of an interdisciplinary team, where I can learn from various colleagues from various specialties while continually expanding my knowledge as a lifelong learner. I find it especially meaningful to build strong connections with patients and address not only their medical needs but also the social determinants of health that profoundly impact their overall wellbeing.
Hobbies: Long walks, reading, binge-watching TV shows, and watching Purdue and Chicago sports

Favorite Part of the Job: Having a direct impact on patient care is the best part of this job. I enjoy getting to engage with patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals daily. I am also constantly learning new things to help me become a better pharmacist and person overall.

Favorite Part of the Job: The most rewarding aspect of my job is the opportunity to directly impact patient care. Every day, I get to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment. Whether it’s conducting medication reviews, providing drug information, or participating in therapeutic decision-making, I find immense fulfillment in knowing that I can contribute to better health outcomes for our patients.

Favorite Part of the Job: Patient interactions are by far my favorite part of the job. The ability to develop rapport and allow patients to engage in their own care is so rewarding and allows me to enhance my skills as a pharmacist! I love learning from patients just as much as I love educating and providing optimal care for them.

Favorite Part of the Job: My favorite part of the job is the constant opportunity to learn and grow. There is always something new to discover, whether it is emerging clinical guidelines or innovative treatment approaches. What makes this work even more fulfilling is the opportunity to share that knowledge with colleagues and patients to enhance their understanding of medications and health conditions. Being a lifelong learner while using what I have learned to directly improve patient care is immensely rewarding and keeps me motivated every day.
