The goal of this study is to evaluate the structure preservation rate and overall survival (OS) for patients with locally advanced resectable NPNSCC with or without neoadjuvant therapy followed by surgical resection and postoperative standard care.

Criteria:

To Be Eligible: >18 Years Of Age, State T3 Or T4a Paranasal Squamous Cell Carcinoma, No Other Current Metastases, Nonpregnant/Nonbreastfeeding
