A Trial Of Fixed-Dose Brexpiprazole With Sertraline In The Treatment Of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

This will be a 12-week, multi-center, randomized, double-blind trial evaluating the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of fixed-dose brexpiprazole + sertraline combination treatment in adult subjects with PTSD. The trial will consist of a screening period (up to 14 days), a 12-week, double-blind treatment period, and follow-up.

Criteria:

Male And Female Outpatients 18 To 65 Years Of Age, Inclusive, At The Time Of Informed Consent.
