Primary objective: 1. To estimate the perceived difficuly in logging drug history in patients with cutaneous adverse drug reactions 2. To create a shortcut in Epic EMR for physicians that better consolidates medication histories and thereby improves accuracy and efficiency in obtaining logging drug intake intake history in patients with cutaneous adverse drug reactions Secondary Objectives: Educate physicians about use of the new logging system, thereby improving confidence in identifying culprit drug and improving patient care
