REASSESS is an observational study involving participants who previously suffered an intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). The study will provide long term follow up of approximately 350 survivors of ICH who participated in the MISTIE III and ENRICH surgical trials which compared minimally invasive surgery for removal of the ICH to best medical management without surgery. The goal of the REASSESS study is to determine if surgical reduction of hemorrhage volume leads to a long term reduction in the risk of progressive cognitive decline after ICH.

Criteria:

Adults Who Were In Generally Good Health Before Suffering An Intracerebral Hemorrhage Of > 30 Cc, Who Were Treated With Minimally Invasive Surgery Or Medical Management Without Surgery.

Keywords:

Intracerebral Hemorrhage, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Cognitive Outcomes
