Relationship Between Milestones And Epas Crosswalk Study

This is a multi-site study aiming to understand the relationship between ACGME milestone ratings and entrustable professional activity (EPA) ratings within Pediatric and Med-Peds residency programs. In learning how the ratings compare, we hope in the future to be able to "crosswalk" the frameworks in a defensible manner. We will be reporting educational data (ACGME milestone ratings and Pediatric EPA ratings) for the Med-Peds residency to the study group using a de-identification system (learn.cybermango.org) over 3 years.
