The purpose of this protocol is to facilitate and expedite development of retrospective chart reviews. Previously, researchers needed to submit separate protocols for each different disease being studied. However, almost all retrospective chart reviews are minimal to no risk and the major difference is simply what is being studied. With the development of the current protocol, investigators can be added to the study to analyze a wide variety of conditions.
