This study will enroll subjects with a pathologically confirmed diagnosis of papilloma and a clinical diagnosis of RRP. subjects that have required a minimum of 3 surgical debulking procedures in 12 months and continue to meet all eligibility criteria will be eligible to receive PRGN-2012 treatment
