The COVID-19 pandemic forced a sudden change from in-person to virtual interviews for the General Surgery residency match. General Surgery programs and applicants adopted multiple strategies to best mimic the in-person interview. This investigation is to evaluate applicant’s opinions of the virtual residency interview format

All Applicants To The Surgical Residency Were Sent An Anonymous Survey Regarding Their Interview Experience
