Specific aims • To evaluate immediate and long-term clinical outcomes in thyroid cancer patients with respect to evolving management guidelines. • To describe treatment associated morbidity in thyroid cancer patients in the setting of stringent versus relaxed recommendations for TSH parameters and RAI dosing. • To identify distinct target therapeutic parameters (e.g. TSH levels, RAI dosing) which optimize clinical outcomes while significantly reducing treatment associated morbidity.
