Dr. Anisiia Crowley is an Associate Professor of Cardiology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she is part of the Division of Cardiovascular Health and Disease in the Section of Cardiac Imaging. Dr. Crowley also serves as the Medical Director of Echocardiography and the Program Director for the Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship. She is highly regarded for her expertise in advanced cardiac imaging and general cardiology and is recognized for her extensive work in cardiovascular health, primary and secondary prevention of cardiac disease, and women’s cardiovascular health.
Dr. Crowley has been actively involved in the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), where she has held several key roles, including membership in Cohort 4 of the ASE Leadership Academy. She has contributed to the field through numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading medical journals and as a sought-after speaker at regional and national educational lectures. Additionally, she is a reviewer for both the Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography and Cardiovascular Imaging Case Reports. Her passion for education is reflected in her involvement as both a mentor and mentee in ASE’s Mentor-Mentee Program, and her work as a scientific abstract reviewer for ASE’s annual meetings.
Dr. Crowley has a special interest in managing patients with coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathies, coronary microvascular dysfunction, and hypertensive diseases of pregnancy. She also provides care for patients with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and other forms of dysautonomia. In addition, she actively supports a rural outreach clinic, providing specialized care to underserved communities.
Dr. Crowley’s clinical approach is centered on collaboration with her patients, empowering them to achieve their healthcare goals. She finds great fulfillment in educating the next generation of cardiologists, helping them grow both academically and professionally.
When not caring for patients or teaching, Dr. Crowley enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, Scott, and their two children.
