Jacqueline (Jacki) Janecek, MD, subspecializes in neuromuscular medicine. She decided to focus her career in this area because it is an area of neurology that is starting to have many new breakthrough treatments.
Dr. Janecek also believes that neuromuscular medicine is an area where she can build lasting relationships with her patients by working with them to improve their quality of life over the duration of their illness. She strongly believes that care should be centered around the patient, and the patient should be part of the overall care team.
Outside of work, Dr. Janecek enjoys all types of sports and loves to explore new restaurants and breweries.
