Benjamin Motley, MD, is an accomplished neurosurgeon specializing in back, neck and spine conditions, brain tumors, and neurosurgery. His patient-centered approach, distinguished qualifications, and commitment to research make him a trusted and sought-after provider within the UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute.

Fellowship Trained Complex Spine Conditions

With seven years of neurosurgery training and an additional year in the Committee on Advanced Subspecialty Training (CAST)-accredited complex spine fellowship, he brings his patients exceptional skills and knowledge in handling intricate spinal conditions. He is also a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha and has been recognized for his outstanding teaching skills with the Medical Student Teaching Award.

Actively engaged in research, Dr. Motley focuses on complex spinal pathologies. Outside of work, Dr. Motley enjoys pursuing his culinary interests. He loves cooking, baking, and grilling. Additionally, he cherishes spending quality time with his family and traveling.
