Emily Muntel, MD

Dr Emily E Muntel is a rheumatologist with expertise in general rheumatology and special interest in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatic, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.  She is a Cincinnati native and mother of two.  Dr Muntel was granted the American College of Rheumatology Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Provider Certification (RhMSUS) in 2013.  Musculoskeletal ultrasound allows for improved needle placement accuracy and minimizes patient discomfort when utilized for arthrocentesis and joint injections.
