Mei Wang, PhD

Mei Wang, PhD, has been a clinical psychologist at UC Health’s Drake Center since 2000.  Prior to her career with UC Health she worked as a clinical psychologist at Covenant Senior Health and at MHM/Apogee Inc., both located in Tennessee.

Dr. Wang specializes in rehabilitation and medical psychology, with a focus on helping patients and families cope with acute, sub-acute and chronic illness, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multi- trauma, and other complex medical issues. In addition,

Dr. Wang supports a comprehensive pain management program; helping people cope and manage their chronic pain. Working within an interdisciplinary team, Dr. Wang’s goal is to promote patient independence and improve their quality of life.
