All events and classes are led by UC Health Integrative Health providers. No referral needed—all are welcome! Registration is required.

Mind-Body Therapies
Stress, worry, and anxiety can take a toll on your health. These classes use mindfulness to calm the mind and restore balance.
Mind-Body Therapies
- Mindful Mondays: A virtual guided mindfulness exercise to start your week with an intentional pause.
- Mindfulness Meditation for Restorative Health (four-week series, virtual): Led by Barbara Walker, Ph.D., an Integrative Health and Performance Psychologist. Meets for one hour weekly on Microsoft Teams and covers:
- Week 1: Getting started with mindfulness
- Week 2: Preparing for mindful living
- Week 3: Building resilience, compassion, and creativity
- Week 4: Creating acceptance

Movement-Based Therapies
Gentle movement and breathwork can reduce stress, ease symptoms, and improve overall wellbeing.
Movement-Based Therapies
- Tai Chi Therapy: Beginner-level class on Wednesdays incorporating slow, comfortable movements with breathing, mindfulness, and gentle stretching.
- Tai Chi Form: Intermediate-level class on Thursdays focused on a longer sequence of Tai Chi movements along with self-care exercises and meditations.
- Tai Chi for Parkinson’s Disease and Other Neurological Disorders: Beginner-level class designed for patients with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders; slow, comfortable movements with breathing, mindfulness, and gentle stretching.
- Yoga for MS and Other Neurological Disorders and Yoga for Cancer: Helps build strength, soothe the mind, improve posture, flexibility, and balance, sharpen concentration, and enable relaxation.
- Gentle Yoga Therapy: Therapeutic, gentle class for those in treatment and into survivorship; aims to relieve fatigue, neuropathy, lymphedema, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. Ends with deep relaxation to encourage healing and improve vitality.
