Movement-Based Therapies

In these nonaerobic, movement-based therapies, participants learn controlled breathing which helps reduce stress and anxiety often linked to disease and illness.

Due to COVID-19 and the safety of our patients, all Movement Based Classes will be virtual. Community Events

Due to generous philanthropic donations, UC Health Integrative Medicine is able to bring services out into the Cincinnati community and beyond. Often in partnership with the University of Cincinnati Integrative Health and Wellness, these classes vary from healthy eating, stress reduction to exercise.
