Movement-Based Therapies

In these nonaerobic, movement-based therapies, participants learn controlled breathing which helps reduce stress and anxiety often linked to disease and illness. Because of COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended these normally in-person classes but will soon bring them to a virtual environment via Microsoft Teams. Stay tuned!

Community Events

Due to generous philanthropic donations, UC Health Integrative Medicine is able to bring services out into the Cincinnati community and beyond. Often in partnership with the University of Cincinnati Integrative Health and Wellness, these classes vary from healthy eating, stress reduction to exercise.
