  • The UC Osher Wellness Suite and Learning Kitchen is a place that puts people in the driver’s seat of their own health, whether they want to reduce stress, fatigue or chronic pain—or just improve their life.
  • The suite offers classes in: movement such as tai chi and yoga therapy, mindfulness such as meditation and sound therapy; nutrition such as cooking for cancer prevention; and nature such as Seed to Harvest.
  • All offerings are backed by research and guided by an expert clinician who will work with participants to build a plan that meets their needs. Through our integrative medicine approach, the practices here support standard medical treatment—making even better results.

Why Wellness Matters Now

Stress is everywhere. Chronic disease is common. Many people in Cincinnati are juggling work, caregiving, health concerns and daily pressures—often putting their own wellbeing last.

The UC Osher Wellness Suite and Learning Kitchen, located at UC Health’s Clifton medical campus as 3232 Healing Way, was created to change that.

Designed as a home for transformative well-being, this one-of-a-kind space brings together nutrition education, movement and mindfulness classes, and the arts and nature. All in a calming, restorative environment. Here, people don’t just learn about health—they build practical skills that support daily life.

Participants don’t have to guess what exercises, diets, or routines are best for them. Osher Center staff become their guides, working together to come up with a plan based on their needs. And unlike others, they’re up to date on the latest research. That means proven results.

“Evidence-based approaches, such as nutrition, the arts, nature, mindfulness and movement as medicine, are integrated not only into world-class, comprehensive patient care, but into everyday life, helping shift healthcare toward true well-care.” Sian Cotton, PhD, Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UC
