In this role, Guy will lead key financial operations and data analytics efforts for UC Health, Greater Cincinnati’s adult academic health system. His leadership will play an essential part in driving strategic financial performance across the system. Guy will oversee financial operations, performance analytics, and cross-system collaboration to ensure alignment with UC Health’s strategic goals, including enhancing operational efficiency. He will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to further strengthen the health system’s ability to improve health for all.

With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare finance, Guy brings a wealth of expertise in financial operations, analytics, and team development. He previously served as Executive Director of Financial Operations at Cleveland Clinic, where he partnered across operational and clinical teams to build a collaborative planning process rooted in shared accountability. He also spearheaded initiatives supporting physician productivity, clinical alignment, and transformation of enterprise financial reporting.
