This hands-on, interactive class teaches parents how to recognize medical emergencies and when to seek emergency assistance for an infant. We also cover safe sleep, car seat safety, home safety, and the basics of feeding, diapering, bathing, comforting, and recognizing early signs of illness. Your birth partner is welcome—and encouraged—to attend with you.
Cost: $30.00, payable by cash or credit card on the day of the class.
What to bring: Please bring a pen and paper for notes. Feel free to bring any snacks and drinks you may need.
