This celebratory twist on our classic breastfeeding class is taught by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and designed to help new parents feel confident and supported as they prepare to feed their baby. You’ll learn what to expect after delivery, how breastfeeding works, building and protecting milk supply, position-and-latch techniques, newborn feeding cues, pumping, returning to work, and self-care for you and your partner.
To make the experience even more special, our Baby Shower edition includes fun raffles and giveaways for attendees. Because we want each family to receive personal attention, this class is capped at 40 participants. Partners are welcome—and encouraged—to join you.
Cost: $30.00, payable by cash or credit card on the day of class.
What to bring: Please bring a pen and paper for notes. Feel free to bring any snacks or drinks you may need.
