Event Description:

The Symposium will be an opportunity for attendees to engage with TBI improvement initiatives, learn about new evidence-based practice in the field of TBI and provide input into breakthrough initiatives at UC Health. The program will feature expert presenters, poster session, breakouts and industry exhibitors, targeting three core audiences who play a key role in the TBI recovery journey, including:
- Patients and their caregivers, families and personal networks
- Healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, trainees and allied health service professionals
- Organizational representatives from industry partners and employers of those with brain injuries

Attendee objectives include:
- Learn about the latest developments in TBI research and the impact on clinical care
- Participate in discussions to advance collaborative TBI care both at a local and national level
- Reflect on teams’ progress with their improvement activities and testing strategies and contribute new ideas to accelerate change
- Interact with community partners and their resources to support families and patients
Parking Info:
- There are limited parking spots at UCGNI that can be reserved for patients/families and exhibitors only. Other attendees can park at any UC Health garage and receive a voucher to cover the cost.
