Monthly Sound Immersion Events
Immerse yourself in soothing sounds from singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoos, flutes, and chimes. Sound therapy can promote deep relaxation and support nervous system regulation. Sessions combine therapeutic instruments with guided self-reflection to improve well-being.
Instructor
Sonya Verma, MHSA, MBI — Sound Therapist, E-RYT 1000 Yoga Therapist, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Sonya has 15+ years studying somatic movement, embodiment, meditation, and bodywork with a focus on trauma-informed care across several yoga traditions.

Schedule
When: Second Tuesday of each month, 4:30–5:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to attend the full session, but may come and go as needed.
Cost
No cost, thanks to a generous donation from the Waddell Family Foundation.

Parking: Free garage parking attached to the building (enter off Burnett Ave.).
From Parking Garage: Enter through the sliding door. Head straight; classrooms are on the right, auditorium on the left.
From Main Entrance: If the check-in desk is on your left, turn right down the hallway; classrooms on left, auditorium on right. If the check-out desk is on your right when you enter, turn left down the hallway; classrooms on left, auditorium on right.
