Cell Culture Of Patient-Derived Primary Vocal Fold

In this study, we are collecting a few cells from your windpipe. The purpose of this research is to investigate how these cells respond to treatments and conditions outside the body. This research will inform us on the how the cells in the body work and how they will respond to medication. Some of your cells may be used to grow a long-term cell line. This also known as an immortal cell line. These cells may be grown in our lab for an unlimited period.

Criteria:

You Are 18 Years Or Older And You Are Undergoing A Neck/Throat Surgical Procedure
