This study will be aimed to examine a novel pattern identified on EMB, “diffuse speckled” C4d IF pattern. It is unclear the significance or cause of this pattern. There has been a study in pediatric patients associating this pattern with ATG administration, but it has also been seen in adults unrelated to ATG administration. We would like to examine the prevalence of this pattern and any associations that might exist.
