The purpose of this proposal is to develop a longitudinal prospective biorepository of Portopulmonary Hypertension (PoPH) data and biospecimens, to aid in the exploration of PoPH pathogenesis, treatment, and management. No such longitudinal biorepository currently exists in the United States.
