The goal of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AST-008 alone and in combination with pembrolizumab in adult patients with advanced solid tumors.

Criteria:

To Be Eligible: Must Be 18 Years Or Older, Have Inoperable Advances Solid Tumor, Nonpregnant And Breastfeeding, No Known History Of Hematologic Malignancy Or Active Infection
