This is a panel study that will characterize home healthcare workers’ personal exposure to particulate matter (PM) of varying sizes and heart rate during home visits and transit to these homes to determine association between ultrafine particles (UFPs) and heart rate variability and determine the UFP exposure metric most relevant with respect to cardiac outcomes
